Brad began his career as a personal trainer in 1999. Seeking more of a spiritual path, he began practicing Ashtanga yoga. This in turn led him to become a certified instructor in several different disciplines of yoga including Kundalini, Hatha (under Dr. Madan Bali), Partner Yoga and Kripalu inspired Hatha Yoga. Adding to his background, Brad holds certifications in Pilates Mat Work and Active Isolated Stretching. Brad is also a registered massage therapist and practices in the private and corporate sectors. He has kept his interest in sports alive by coaching high school football in the fall and continues partaking in the Masters Swimming Program. Brad’s unique fusion of his yoga background coupled with his playfulness in his teaching leaves one feeling calm and relaxed after every session.
