
I like to introduce myself as a fitness lover and nutritional specialist… I believe that in order to be fit and healthy at full potential, one needs to combine both fitness and nutrition together to achieve ultimate goal! I also strongly believe in order to complete the path towards a healthier lifestyle, it is an optimum requirement to have FUN!
I have dedicated myself to fitness and nutrition for over 14 yeas professionally, and prior to that, I grew up in a healthy and fitness conscious environment. I have always been active, involved in some type of sport, and was always interested in what I ate. I decided to follow my passion as a career. I completed my Bachelor in Nutritional Science at McGill University at the end of 2004 with a minor in Kinesiology. I also have a background in psychology. I have also completed many certificates including Strengths and conditioning coach, Group Fitness Specialist, pre/post natal trainer and Nutrition. I also have my certificate in Kettlebell and mat Pilates. I recently completed my ELDOA level 1 certificate and I am presently enrolled in SomaTraining to grow my knowledge and level of education even further in order to work in therapeutic type training.
