
Filip developed his passion for fitness and wellness at the beginning of his adulthood. Throughout his early teens he was inspired by the breakdance culture, he took the step to focus on calisthenics; exercise consisting of a variety of gross motor movements using body weight only, which is often performed rhythmically and generally without equipment or apparatus. Filip he traveled across the United States and assisted to many fitness seminars willing to expand his knowledge in different fields of training. He also completed the ONNIT foundations certification, developing enhanced access to stability, strength and increased range of motion, providing therapeutic benefit for pain free and injury resistant training, setting the baseline for Bodyweight,Resistance Bands, Suspension Training, Sandbag, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Steel Clubs and Steel Mace. Filip was also part of Urban Calisthenics community, a form of training known as "street workout" performing exercise routines in urban areas. Were he trained Individuals and groups to be able to perform advanced calisthenics skills such as muscle ups, handstands, front / back levers and human flags.
