Danseuse contemporaine de formation professionnelle, Kala s’est mise à enseigner le Pilates aux danseurs pré-professionnels pendant qu’elle faisait carrière en danse en Europe. De retour au Canada, elle a continué à se spécialiser en Pilates et en entraînement à la barre. Kala croit fermement à l’intégrité du mouvement et au besoin de s’approprier les outils nécessaires pour améliorer la posture, l’alignement et la prise de conscience du corps...tout en savourant la sensation de bouger.

Kala trained professionally as a contemporary dancer. While dancing with professional companies in Europe, Kala began teaching Pilates to pre-professional dancers and when returning to Canada, she continued her specialization in Pilates as well as barre instruction. Kala believes strongly in movement with integrity and giving her clients the tools they need in order to have better posture, proper alignment and greater body awareness…all while enjoying the feeling of moving.
