I got into fitness when my father was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes because of his unhealthy lifestyle choices. I was very unhealthy at the time and made a decision to change my life and not allow myself to go down that same path. I've had a lot of great coaches on the way that have positively impacted my life, and I wanted to do the same for others.
