If you want something different, do something different.
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I really fell in love with mastering skills and performing while growing up in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. Working out every day with my teams was a part of my normal routine. Once that all stopped I noticed a void in my life. Pursuing a path in physical training and educating myself in all realms of health really helped my mental well-being and made me feel like I was a part of something special again.
