My name is Nicole. I moved to the Bay Area 10 years ago from Canon City Colorado, To pursue my career in skin esthetics. Just a small town girl in this big state Of California, where I have been blessed with two beautiful daughters. Growing up I was a competitive Cross Country runner which has followed me into my youthful adult life! I have found my way into being addicted to running half Marathons, while preparing for these I have had to Cross Train this then lead me into finding my second love witch is cycling! I then decided to Pursue becoming an instructor! As a Cycle Scape instructor my class is built with a variety of upbeat music that will push you to that next level,and unleash the inner tiger in you!
