Lizzie has been a cycling instructor since 2013. With a background in dance having done ballet for 13 years, she loves making playlists for classes that are motivating and challenging. She enjoys training for 5k's and half marathons and has competed in Crossfit Competitions as well as obstacle course races. She believes that resistance training with a functional component like cardio are key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Lizzie aims to test your limits and provide a fun workout in every class.
