Coming from a dance background, Carli has always enjoyed the strength and energy that comes with group athletics. In 2011, she discovered her passion for teaching group fitness and since then, just can't get enough! Certified in Kickboxing, Core, Weight Training, Insanity and small group training, she delivers a high energy, well rounded class that is sure to leave you stronger inside and out! If she's not in the gym, you can find her working as a graphic designer here in Providence, or out and about on adventures!
