I was born and raised in Huntington, NY. I graduated St. Anthonys HS and received a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science at FAU. Certified through NSCA, I have been training for 5+ years with a background in Strength and Conditioning along with injury prevention. I am a HUGE NY JETS FAN! I love skiing, going to the beach, motivating others, and of course FOOD!
