Training in general is something that Ive been doing for 10+ years. Its one of the most disciplined areas of my life, as well as nutrition. Aside from training, helping people with whatever problems they have just puts me in a good mood. I think thats a main aspect of my life. It wasnt until around a few years ago that I said why dont I follow my passion and help people achieve healthier lives through training? So, I followed my heart and got my certification. I also love playing any kind of sports and being active.
