Training in general is something that I’ve been doing for 10+ years. It’s one of the most disciplined areas of my life, as well as nutrition. Aside from training, helping people with whatever problems they have just puts me in a good mood. I think that’s a main aspect of my life. It wasn’t until around a few years ago that I said “why don’t I follow my passion and help people achieve healthier lives through training?” So, I followed my heart and got my certification. I also love playing any kind of sports and being active.
