With a background in gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse, and rugby, fitness has always been a central part of my life. It wasn’t until college rugby that I realized I wasn’t an athlete for the sport– I was an athlete because I fell in love with the strength and conditioning training that prepared us for the games. As a trainer, I want my clients to leave our session feeling the way I felt after practice – a stronger, healthier, better version of myself. I believe that one of the most important factors in achieving success in your fitness journey is to find something you enjoy doing. That is why I always try my best to make workouts new and exciting. I recognize that everybody is different and every - body is different, and because of this, I am committed to continuously learning and trying new and different approaches to help each client achieve their individual goals.
