I have been an athlete just about my whole life, I danced, played field hockey and ran track and just enjoy working out daily. I have been in the fitness field for many years. I have personal trained as well as taught fitness kickboxing. My main focus is on form, I look out for all my clients so they do not get injured and can reach their health and fitness goal. I love being able to motivate members to be best they can!
