I first got involved in fitness in 2009, when I started taking MMA/Kickboxing classes. Since then I've gotten to compete in MMA 5 times, boxing once, and kickboxing 4 times, winning two regional titles at 165 and 175 lbs (in kickboxing). My fitness philospophy is always keep a good pace and never sacrifice form for weight. I believe being consistent in the gym and going even on the days you really don't want to will make you reach your fitness goals.
