After suffering a sports-related injury five years ago, I fell in love with yoga as not only my source of physical rehabilitation but also mental, emotional and spiritual rejuvenation. I completed my RYT-200 training during a solo trip to California, where I deepened my understanding of self and learned that yoga is meant to be taught from the heart. I adamantly promote the idea that there is no right or wrong in yoga; it is merely a matter of what is safe/beneficial for you in the moment. I strive to create a judgement-free space for you to practice self-love, mindfulness and most importantly fun! Some of my other hobbies include: spending time in nature, photography, and reading/writing poetry. Pre-warning: I am a natural klutz, so expect to release some good-hearted laughter in my classes!
