Hey y’all! I am Jae, one of the STRONG coaches and Spin Instructors in St. James. Originally from m Atlanta, Georgia I actually would never quite have thought to be teaching or coaching as my start in the health world was on the quiet side. I started as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in orthopedics and structural integration and moved into getting Spin certified and then into functional training with a certification with NASM. Just totally loved it. After almost 20 years as a therapist I turned my hobby and passion of photography into a full time career but just love the wellness world too much to let it go! I love teaching. Plain and simple. I love watching people get better and stronger. I love watching people push past their limits and realize all new potentials they may not have known they have.
