Before embarking on my journey at Energy, I was both an asst. director of the undergraduate department and an asst. Director in the statical analysis department at Adelphi University. I started my education at Siena where I received a BS in economics and a minor in mathematics. I continued my graduate work at St. John’s University where I received an MBA with a concentration in economics. After having my first son, I realized I wanted a career change and went back to stony brook university to complete my continuing education in exercise physiology specializing in senior fitness. I was also certified by AFAA in group aerobic fitness, kick boxing and interval training. I have not only enjoyed teaching fitness classes for well over 13 years, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity that Energy has given me to share my love of fitness and well being with the members. I can only hope to continue my growth within the world of physical education and continue to share that knowledge with others.
