With nearly 8,000 hours of individual, private and group training, ranging from D1 collegiate athletes to general population as well as senior citizens and special populations, I have helped my clients achieve a healthy lifestyle through exercise and education. I credit my success to consistently delivering results in a positive, encouraging yet challenging environment with action plans tailored to each individual. My goal is to empower my clients. I have trained athletes that have attended Michigan, Wisconsin, Vanderbilt, USNA at Annapolis, USMA at West Point, Iona, Pace, St. John's, Pittsburgh, Marist and Lehigh University. I have trained sport specific athletes in soccer, track and field, football, field hockey and lacrosse. I am certified in plyometric training, speed training, strength training, kettlebell, functional and balance training and interval training, both sprint and high intensity.
