Dawn Miller Ricca has been a nationally certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. She has special training and certifications in senior fitness, step aerobics, kickboxing, spin as well as specialty classes Plyoga and Piloxing. Outside the gym she loves to run and hike. "I love to motivate and inspire my clients through fun and interesting workouts!"
