Lewis Meitz is the 2nd of 3 children born to very active parents. Beginning at an early age with swimming and horseback riding he has always led an active lifestyle . As he got older his life became predominantly centered around football, soccer, and track. He attended the Stony Brook School where he ran the second fastest time in the 110 and 400m hurdles in school history. Currently his life's passion lays with soccer, and he currently plays as a semi-pro goalkeeper for Glen Cove FC. He attends St. Joseph's College where he is studying Sports Psychology. Before becoming a personal trainer he was a kickboxing instructor for 2 years. He has an NPTA Certification in personal training, Speed and agility, and strength and conditioning. He enjoys coaching a wide variety of clients through exercises that require them to use their entire body to stabilize and balance. Paired with proper breathing techniques, this enables each client to increase the growth and strength of the targeted muscle without compromising form.
