Teri has been teaching yoga and Personal Training for Energy Fitness Fort Salonga from its opening and has been a fitness instructor for over 18 years. Teri, a certified yoga instructor, has branded her own style of yoga. Teri’s class emphasizes athletic flexibilty with improved overall body awareness. Using a combination of yoga postures and strength training her clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the anatomy and capabilities of the human body. Teri’s method focuses on increasing flexibility, balance and strength often diminished as we age.
