Emily (Ema) Paré I grew up in a small town, Liberty, TX; but knew that’s not where I was meant to be. As soon as I realized I could skip crawling and go straight to walking, I was on the go. From the age of 4-22, I was dancing & around 9, I began gymnastics. I moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana shortly after my High School graduation to dance with the McNeese State University's Cowgirl Kickers Dance Team. While in college, I was an instructor at a local dance and gymnastics studio. My next move was back to Texas, now with my daughter/ Mini Me in tow. I have been in Houston for about 12 years, and am so grateful that I have had so many opportunities to explore all of the realms of creating a better me. I have earned an Associate’s Degree of Culinary Arts in Applied Science as well as gained experience in marketing, retail, management, service industry, dental/healthcare and of course fitness. I normally do not like all the attention directed toward me, yet love being in the spotlight on the podium. I have worked with 4 amazing studios over the past 6 years and have endured 3 trips from Houston to Austin, participating in the MS150 Ride. My heart and soul is my family, which consist of my partner in crime for life, our kiddos (a teenager and threenager) and our fur babies (2 pups and a stray-ish cat).
