I am a Palestinian-American raised in the great state of Texas. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration, I continued my education and received my Master's in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences, and became certified in Health Education. I've worked in Mental Health and neurological disorders for 10 years before I transitioned to a non-profit called Family Houston where I currently work in Development! Growing up, I was always active and played every sport, but you do not want me on your basketball team. I've run 7 half-marathons, played on a sand volleyball team for 8 years, and have cycled both indoors and outdoors for the last 5 years! Fun Facts: Believe it or not, I have a black belt in Karate. I could live off coffee and french fries. 2 years ago, I climbed Mt. Rinjani in Indonesia. Last year, I read 62 books, so give me your recommendations, and I'll give you some of mine!
