I love everything Yoga, Cycle, and HIIT! I love to explore the body mechanics of athletes and my life has been devoted to finding ways for athletes to get stronger, recover faster, and perform at the highest level they can. I am a NASM certified trainer, Cycle instructor and 500hr certified yoga instructor with a focus on Yoga for Athletes. Coming from playing basketball for most of my life then transitioning to endurance sports after knee injuries, I have developed programs for injury prevention and recovery. As much as I love the anatomy of the body, music is a close second. Creating yoga and fitness experiences that are fun, exciting, and challenging all to a banging soundtrack is one of the goals of every class!
