Steven has been a health and fitness professional since 2003 and has since trained clients one-on-one, in small group personal training and large group fitness classes. Steven’s coaching style is different in each class and shows how much variety he brings to each workout. His laser focus on proper form to receive the maximum benefit from each exercise is what sets him apart from the crowd. Steven doesn’t only push his clients to the limit he pushes past the max with his famous Turkish Get-up. He is sure to challenge your strength, endurance and core stability before walking out his doors. On the weekends, you can find him participating in obstacle course races, mid-distance runs and functional cross training for his own fitness development.
