Coach Candy's background includes a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Nutrition. She has been certified as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and primal pattern movements specialist from the CHEK institute. She loves being outdoors and enjoy trying fun adventurous things like indoor rock climbing, hiking and paddleboarding. She practices yoga on a daily basis and enjoy trying new challenging yoga poses. "Fitness for me is more than just trying to build a good physical appearance. It has impacted my life in so many ways including things like better sleep, positive emotional well being, more energy, clear mental focus and confidence among many others. I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and live an overall healthy lifestyle. I hope to be a positive influence on others and brighten their day with my cheery smile."
