Derek Roussel has been an NASM certified personal trainer since 2020. Before joining the Regymen team he was a member. He fell in love with the gym so much that we wanted to become a part of the team.
A lifetime Louisiana resident, Derek has always found his groove in physical activities and playing sports. When not at the gym you can find him spending time with his family and supporting his LSU Tigers!
