Originally a Longview, Texas resident, Jessica first came to Louisiana in college to play softball for LSUA. She moved to South Florida and taught high school biology while coaching volleyball and softball, before obtaining her NASM-CPT certification. Jessica worked as the head personal trainer for Spectrum Fitness before getting a job at REGYMEN as a part time coach, and then transferred to the Full-Time head coach position. Her favorite platform is BOX!
