Miles has been a firefighter for 8 years, and fitness has always been a high priority for his job performance. He sought out to become a personal trainer in 2017 to advance his knowledge and to learn skills to be a source of motivation and inspiration. While doing some private training sessions, he came across Regymen Fitness and knew he wanted to be involved and instantly fell in love with the concept, the members, and the staff. “Regymen workouts take the hardest part of your daily gym routine away, guessing what to do, and gives you a killer 60 minute workout!”
