Tommy used to be a shy and quiet kid which may shock a lot of people. Tommy was enlisted in the Army out of school, and left in December of 2018. Before leaving, he obtained his Personal Training Cert, and started working with clients. Regymen is what brought him out of his comfort zone! As the Head Coach of Regymen Corporate Blvd, Tommy says that he loves working here because he has grown so much as a person and is able to make an impact on people lives every day. One of his favorite sayings is “If you want to live a happy and fulfilling life, Disrupt Your Routine! Life begins where your comfort zone ends.”
