Born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA, Lauren began working in the fitness industry in 2016 as a group fitness instructor at a local gym. She joined Regymen Fitness in 2018, as a member, to work on her own personal fitness goals and journey. After attending workouts for nearly a year, and finding joy in the experience, she received certification and became a coach for Regymen. Since then, she has grown as a personal trainer and as an individual, by meeting new people and helping them reach their own fitness goals. She has impacted so many people at Regymen while also working in the field of Communications, for the Louisiana House of Representatives, where she has been since 2012.
