Coach Tommy is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He decided to get his personal training certification in 2018. The first coaching job he pursued was with REGYMEN. He almost didn’t apply for the position because his biggest fear was public speaking. But he took that leap, disrupted his routine, and never looked back! His passion is to help people become their best self by pushing them outside their comfort zone. He owes his growth and self development to all the people he met along the way.
