Matt is a Bay Area Native (grew up across the bridge in Marin), graduated from Chico State with a BS degree in Exercise Physiology and started his fitness career as a personal trainer in 2010. Matt is also a certified NCSF personal trainer and completed The TRX Suspension Training Cours, TRX RIP Trainer Course and TRX Force Course. Since completing his first TRX training course, Matt has made the TRX an important part of his training program to keep his body strong, flexible and durable.
He trains hard to play hard, and TRX has allowed him keep his body in shape and ready to go so he is never worn down when it comes to doing the activities he loves, like snowboarding, wakeboarding or waterskiing. Matt's workouts are fueled with energy and fun.
