Personally having lost over 100 lbs., Russ eats, breathes, and lives all things fitness. With a background in personal training and physical therapy, he makes your workouts fun, challenging, and most importantly safe. Having competed in Power and Olympic lifting, Russ knows the dynamics of the mind and body, which are two factors that can help you, move better when performing exercises. He likes to try all kinds of workouts like yoga, spin, Pilates, and rock climbing in order to learn as much as he can. Russ loves nutrition, which is his course of study, so feel free to ask for any suggestions.
