Monica Foster is a RYT 200 Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. Her yoga practice has developed and grown over the past several years on and off the mat. With a transformed understanding of how to unite the body, breath and mind; she brings an enthusiastic energy to teaching and enjoys sharing the gift of yoga with others. She believes everyone could use a little yoga in their lives and that the benefits go far beyond time spent in the studio. Through teaching she hopes to encourage others to celebrate their own personal journey and always be open to new discoveries. Monica enjoys reading, going out to eat and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughters.
