“Let the breath be the translator between the mind and the body. The more you allow yourself to be guided by your breath the more fluent you become in the language of yoga.” Lux is guided by her own diverse 22 year personal practice, 500 + hours of trainings and nearly a decade of teaching experience. She works to instill a sense of curiosity and play in her classes, as well as emphasizing alignment and strong foundations for a sustainable and balanced yoga practice. She is passionate about movement culture and the ability to express oneself through the instrument of the body and the wisdom of the breath.
