Kara has been practicing yoga since 2005 as a supplement to her professional dance career in order to help maintain balanced physical strength and develop mental focus. Kara’s love of movement has led her into many certifications in Pilates, yoga and dance. She is committed to uniting people through yoga, Pilates and the arts, and believes that movement is medicine. Kara believes in the power of positive feedback and is dedicated to teaching movement with proper alignment and muscular engagement. You can expect to leave her class feeling strong and confident and with a better understanding of your body.
