In addition to teaching yoga, Amanda is a Reiki Master, who specializes in chakra balancing and emotional release through energy healing. As a mentor for women, she helps them cultivate self-love, womb healing, and healing from sexual trauma. Amanda received her 200hr RYT through Yoga Fever, her home studio. In her Yoga Nidra classes, you will journey to heightened levels of consciousness. During her yoga class, you will connect your mind, body, breath, and spirit through a meditative movement practice. After her class, you will feel stretched, relaxed, blissed out, and connected to spirit.
