Growing up Karole-Ann was a military child, moving all over the country and Europe. Although she had moved many times throughout her life, one thing stayed consistent, swimming! Karole-Ann was a competitive swimmer starting at the age of six and was a Jr. National level swimmer by high school. Committing to the University of Vermont, Karole-Ann swam for the Catamounts Division 1 program from three years. After college, Karole-Ann coached age group level swimmers on Nantucket Island. She made her way down to North Carolina for a teaching job and has been in Greensboro ever since. She loves exercising, traveling and hanging with her diva dog, Reese. Karole-Ann is so excited to use her coaching and teaching talents to spice up a loft ride. She’s thrilled to be apart of the awesome Cycle Loft team!!
