Rhonda Hunt’s journey as an athlete began in high school. A PE weight-training course made her feel stronger not only physically, but mentally. On the way to discovering her true passion for group fitness, she pursued many modalities, including yoga, Pilates, barre, running, cycling, pilates and kickboxing. Rhonda is certified by AFAA as Group Fitness Instructor; other certifications include: TRX Suspension Training - both Group and Personal Training; Schwinn Fitness Cycling; AFAA Mechanics of Injury Prevention, Modification and Rehabilitation; Trained in Classic Barre and Megaformer pilates; Certified to teach Cycle, Running, Rowing, Barre and other group fitness modalities. Rhonda is fitness enthusiast, a wife and mother of three children. She currently instructs at SLT, Ripped Fitness and MYX. She has taught at Equinox, Barry’s Bootcamp NYC and boutique barre and fitness studios.
