Thomas started his fitness journey at Oxygen fitness in the Spring of 2015 when he began taking spin and oxyblast classes. Wanting to engage himself even more and expand his knowledge of fitness and strength, he then branched out into barre. Seeing the positive changed these classes had on his body and mind inspired him to become a teacher. Outside of the gym, Thomas enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends and going to the beach.
