Lauren has been an active athlete since she was 3 years old and started taking gymnastics. She did gymnastics for 11 years and was a level 9 gymnast when she decided to pursue cheerleading instea. She cheered locally for Hayden's and Lakeside High School's. She then went on to cheer on the 36-time National Champion University of Louisville Cheerleading Squad. During her four years there, she was a 3-time Collegiate All-American, won two College National titles, and two World Championships. After hanging up her cheer shoes, Lauren went through a slump when it came to her fitness. She would go to local classes and try all the new fads, but nothing ever challenged her to the point where she felt like she was improving her body until she started going to Oxygen. Lauren finally started enjoying exercise again and feels like she has gained a whole new family with Oxygen. Lauren has significantly decreased her body fat percentage and lost several inches and pounds since she started coming to Oxygen.
