Originally from Augusta, Ga, Cara's dance career began when she was just 6 years old. After moving across the country to San Francisco, Texas, and Atlanta, she has made her way back to Augusta and is more into health and fitness than ever. Cara balances her time being a 3rd year Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader and a fitness instructor, all while being a wife and mother of 2 girls, Caroline and Claire. She earned her BS in Health and Physical Education from Augusta State University and applies her education in health and fitness to help others become their absolute best.
