Shine - a fitness fanatic herself - loves to mix it up with spin, yoga, strength training and of course, boxing. She finds movement to be so therapeutic for mental health. Shine's goal as a coach is to hold you accountable to your big goals, encourage you to push past your physical limits when your mind tells you to quit and she loves to do all of this while having a good time with some music blasting. Shine is constantly studying ways to be a better boxer and loves to share this knowledge through her coaching. Expect to leave Shine's class feeling accomplished and ready to take on your day!
