"This is your life. Do what you want and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. If you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching TV. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Life is simple. Open your heart, mind and arms to new things and people, we are united in our dif
Working as a professional hip-hop dancer from a young age, Callie has always made fitness training an integral part of her life. She learned early on how to pay it forward, doing charity work in Africa, India, Haiti, and even forming a local organization, "Kling Street Kids," with her sister to provide for less fortunate children at holiday time. Callie applies this same life philosophy to the training room.
Believing that positive internal transformation is necessary for lasting external change, she loves pushing riders to their breaking point and then helping them find the inner strength to finish strong. When you take Callie's class, you may hear The Weeknd, Michael Jackson, Missy Elliot (her favorite)—any type of music with a hot beat and cool groove. When she's not sweating, she loves trying new restaurants, going to comedy shows, and sitting on her couch and watching Netflix. A recent graduate of USC, Callie infuses her class with a youthful, super-positive energy that will keep you smiling through the pain.
