Attorney by day and fitness instructor by night, Sarah has been sweating on the bike since 2004. Blending her eclectic musical selection with a rigorous challenge, Sarah maximizes physical results while infusing each class with her friendly, warm humor. Having taught yoga since 2000, Sarah places laser focus on form and alignment as the underlying principles to build a solid cycling practice. Her passion for teaching is only surpassed by her desire to make sure each and every student leaves satisfied and spent.
