Say hi to the Coach! Born and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire, Amy's New England routes are best illustrated by her rabid love for all sports Boston. Her love for lacrosse, beginning at age 13, led her to play 4 years of Division I at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. Since then, Amy has coached lacrosse to all ages on both coasts. She discovered indoor cycling and the Sweat Shoppe at the same time, finding the perfect place for her to combine her love for coaching and hard work. A graduate of the Sweat Shoppe's teacher training program, Amy wants all riders to embrace their inner athlete and unlock their true potential by pushing beyond their believed limitations beyond anything they could have imagined they were capable of.
