Montrell (Trell) was born and raised in North Carolina, and moved to the DMV in 2007. He has a competitive streak and always strives to push beyond limits. Trell started indoor cycling over 5 years ago following an injury. While looking for a high-intensity fitness activity to compensate for his love of running, he discovered a passion for indoor cycling. The variety of music and choreography showcased in his rides, are sure to keep you sweating and smiling!
