As a Colorado native, Doug has always held a high appreciation for outdoor sports and adventure. Mountain biking, hockey and skiing are mainstays in his everyday life. Through various modes of training, he has improved his endurance, technique and power. He incorporates his knowledge and practice into his coaching style. Doug takes great pride in coaching others to become more efficient at what they love to do. Whether it's sport-specific, general muscle gain or weight loss, he believes form and function are paramount. Doug's specialties include: hypertrophy, kettlebells, weight loss and sport-specific power and strength.
